Ben believes that strong communities are built through active engagement and shared responsibility. His commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond his professional work—he is deeply involved in supporting local causes and organizations that strengthen the place we call home.

Currently, Ben serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Steele County, where he works alongside other community leaders to improve lives and create opportunities for all residents. Through this role, Ben helps guide initiatives that address key community needs, from education and financial stability to health and basic needs support.
